Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly is the Ambassador of Ireland to India. Prior to his appointment in September 2023, Ambassador Kelly was Head of Press and Communications at the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs. His previous appointments include Ambassador to the Netherlands, Ambassador to Uganda & Rwanda and Special Envoy of the Government of Ireland to Africa for Ireland’s UN Security Council campaign. In 2021, Ambassador Kelly was elected by the Assembly of States Parties to the International Criminal Court as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Trust Fund for Victims and he still holds this position.
